What are your hours of availability?

We are generally available from 9AM - 9PM EST.  We are a small team and our evening hours will vary from time to time.  We will never close earlier than 7PM EST, and in some cases may be available past 9PM EST.  Rest assured, if you contact us and we are unavailable, we will fulfill your order the next day.

How do I pick up my order?

After placing an order please contact us via Facebook Messenger during our business hours (link - m.me/nookdirect).  Please keep in mind that if you do not contact us, we will assume you are not yet ready to pick up your items.  We do not reach out to you regarding your order(s).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Cash App, and all major credit & debit card providers.  In order to check out with any credit card, select PayPal as the payment method and proceed as far the checkout page will let you.  There will be an option to check out as a guest.

I want to order a villager, what do I need?

In order to be able to invite a villager in boxes to your island, you must have an empty plot available that does not show as SOLD. This is time sensitive, and can only be done on the day after the villager you are replacing has moved out.  If for any reason you are not able to invite your villager, we will hold the order until you have an empty plot available.  Please keep in mind that if you order a villager outside of business hours, it may be possible that the plot will fill before we are available.
